Cycling from Vietnam to Cambodia

After completing a Sahara Trek last year, mum of two, Dena Mason, has got a taste for adventure. On the 6th October 2012 Dena will embark on a new challenge - a 450km cycle ride from Vietnam to Cambodia in temperatures of 34° C, raising funds for Selsey Lifeboats. She will be joined by thirty other cyclists.

Living by the sea, Dena has seen the dedication of the Lifeboat crew when a rescue is in operation. Many lives have been saved by these volunteers and that is why she hopes to raise as much money as possible, to present to them after her challenge.

Dena's trip is self-funding so every penny she raises will go the Selsey RNLI

She says: "I do not consider myself a cycle enthusiast, so this is a real challenge for me! Please donate what you can and make me fell better when my legs are weary and my backside is glowing!"
