Phil Pitham, Selsey Lifeboat's full-time Lifeboat Mechanic, and his partner, Thomasina, are now proud parents to a baby boy, Toby, born at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday 23rd February weighing in at 8lbs 13oz. All are well but tired.
